For the past twenty-five years, as our Google reviews show, we have built our company through excellent custom design work and caring relationships with our customers. It starts when you call us. A real person will pick up the phone, and your call will never be recorded for "quality assurance purposes." Everyone in our small shop is genuinely invested in making sure your experience with us is an excellent one.

With most orders you'll be working directly with one of our staff, including Marc, one of our owners; Cinema, our Production Coordinator; or Lauren, one of our jewelers. We've been designing and creating jewelry as well as doing custom work since 1995. We are makers and artisans with combined bench experience of over eighty years. We handmake jewelry for you with a focus on design, exquisite craftsmanship and originality. Plus, we offer personal touches only a well-established, owner-involved, small studio like ours can provide.

Through our human rights and environmental justice work, and community activism, we have been pioneering ethical practices in the jewelry sector for nearly fifteen years—long before it became a hot trend. Our outstanding ecologically-responsible practices have been highlighted in a top jewelry trade magazine. Since 2015, we have been the only certified Fairtrade Gold jeweler in the entire US. And, in 2019, we were named Santa Fe New Mexico’s Green Business of the Year by our City and Chamber of Commerce—quite an honor for any company in our very green city, but especially for a jewelry company.

Our jewelry is made to last a lifetime and we stand behind our workmanship 100%. We will repair your jewelry for free, as long as you own it, and provided the needed repair was due to a failure in our crafting, and not per result of damage.

Over time, your pendant or bracelet might lose some of its luster, or your ring or gem may not sparkle as it once did due to accumulation of dirt and natural oils. We offer free cleaning and polishing of your jewelry at any time. You can either stop by our shop in Santa Fe to drop off the piece or send it in to us, including a check for the $12 return insured shipping.

Free Shipping

We ship free within the US from our studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico, via USPS First-Class Mail. Packages valued over $500 are insured and shipped either US Post or FedEx Ground. Free shipping within the continental US can take up to four days, depending upon the distance from New Mexico.

With high value shipments a signature will be required in order to receive the package. If there is no one to sign at your residence during working hours, please consider having it shipped to your workplace. You can also choose to have your package delivered to a FedEx Kinkos location, where the package can be picked up and signed for.

Our free shipping policy does not include Express, Overnight, or 2 Day shipping, but these options are available with a surcharge. Please give a physical address at the time of ordering, as FEDEX will not deliver to post office addresses.

Free Resizing
Rings, bracelets, or necklace chains can be resized for free within thirty days of purchase. Simply send back the item with your receipt and a note explaining how you'd like us to resize your piece. Because we make everything to order, kindly do your best to obtain your accurate size, especially with rings. We can provide a ring chart to help determine your size. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to give us a call.
30 Day Returns

We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We have been selling rings and other jewelry on our websites since the late nineties and our return rate is under one percent. Any piece of jewelry within our normal product line as shown on our website can be returned within 30 days, provided that the item and packaging are in original condition. A full refund is given for the cost of the jewelry, but not shipping expenses.

In order to accept returns, the jewelry must be in its original condition. In returning your item, please package it carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Orders that are designated “custom," or altered specifically for a customer, including engraved rings and rings smaller than size 5 and larger than size 12 are not returnable.
